José Alberto España

Graduate in Journalism, Law and Master in Economic and Territorial Regulation at the University of Malaga. Currently studying the Advocacy Master's Degree at the Malaga Law Society and PhD in Legal Sciences at the University of Malaga. Member of the research team of the Excellence Research Project: "Energy sustainability and local entities: incidence of the new energy package of the European Union", financed by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, AEI / FEDER, EU and the Group of Research of the Junta de Andalucía SEJ 410: "Advanced interdisciplinary legal studies: collective services". I have enjoyed several scholarships for study and for the realization of international stays; I also have several publications in the field of Administrative Law. My academic training is completed with the attendance and participation in a large number of Seminars and Conferences.

Jesús Vías Martínez

Jesús Vías Martínez is a PhD from the University of Málaga and professor of the Geography Department of the UMA, where he currently carries out his teaching and research activities.
 
Graduate onn Geography (1995-1999) by the Málaga university, he has specialized in spatial analysis using Geographic Information Systems and at risk of contamination of groundwater. This training has been the basis for participating in numerous national and international research projects whose dissemination has been carried out in numerous publications of national and international impact.
 
In recent years, he has started two new lines of research. One on urban mobility by bicycle and another on the aptitude of the territory for the realization of tourist / recreational activities, which has led to the development of a new model for the development of hiking routes based on a recommendation syst.

Tatiana Delgado

She is Informatics Engineer (1989) from the Technological University of Havana (CUJAE). She has a Master of Science in Optimization and Decision Making (1997) and a PhD (2005). During 20 years she worked in the Hydrographic and Geodetics Service of Cuba, as a developer of GIS and coordinator of the Spatial Data Infrastructure. Currently, she is a Professor of Enterprise Informatics and Information Systems at the University CUJAE and Vicepresident of the Union of Informatics Professionals of Cuba. Her interests are aimed to Open Innovation, Digital Government, Smart Cities, Big Data and Industry 4.0.

María Dolores Donaire

Mª Dolores Donaire

Graduated in Architecture at the Camilo José Cela University, Madrid, where she obtained the Extraordinary Award for the Academic Record (2016) and, after collaborating on architecture and design in different studies, she currently combines her professional activity as an architect with the doctoral thesis, and his collaboration as a member in charge of the design of the prototype in the SenSkin research project.

His work stands out for the dedication and exclusivity provided to each project, providing each of them with personality. He started the architecture studies in Madrid, standing out outstandingly with honorary license plates and awarded with the "Honorary Award to the university talent" of the School of Architecture and Technology UCJC.

He worked as a technical architect at the City Council of Alhaurín de la Torre and currently works as an architect in Malaga and Madrid.

It stands out for its design skills and the use of innovative technological tools to achieve it, providing creativity and innovation that has led to several awards. She has participated in numerous contests, having been a finalist among others, in the "Industrial design competition of anti-theft mechanisms" of Ecoembes 2016, and winner in the "Design of a dome in a villa in Sotogrande", for Luxury Sotogrande, 2017. has been awarded with scholarships of excellence by the Ministry of Education, the Camilo José Cela University, the Santander Bank and the ARQUIA Foundation of Architects.

He works with interest and motivation with the intention of being able to continue growing professionally and personally, continuing the trajectory until now followed, in architecture, design and innovation.

Gloria Calleja-Rodríguez

Dra. Gloria Calleja-Rodríguez. M.Sc Industrial Engineering (2008) and PhD in Industrial Engineering (2015). She worked as a researcher in the Energy Group of the University of Malaga (GEUMA) from 2008-2013 where she participated in a number of R&D projects related to energy efficiency in buildings funded by the European Union, the Spanish Government, the Andalusia Regional Government and private companies. Gloria joined CEMOSA in July 2013. She has been working in eeEmbedded and BRICKER projects both funded by FP7 programme. Currently, she is working in the H2020 project eTEACHER and in a national project called ICONYC. In 2015, Gloria finished her PhD in the inter-university programme entitled “Air Conditioning Technology and Energy Efficiency in Buildings”. Her thesis is named “Uncertainties in Energy Building Simulations. Application to Sustainable Retrofit”

Juan Bandera Cantalejo

I am an industrial engineer from the School of Engineering of the University of Malaga.

Initially, my professional career was developed in the field of logistics, but a few years ago I decided to make a change in my professional carreer and join the HVAC world.

So, I studied the Master in Intelligent Systems in Energy and Transport at the University of Malaga, which allowed me to join Airzone, where I have collaborated with different departments studying the current regulations, performing development tasks and testing the product.

I am currently developing the function of an R&D engineer in the Energy Area, within the Projects Department.

José Antonio Ondiviela

Jose Antonio Ondiviela is the Microsoft Western Europe Public Sector Industry Solutions Executive for Government / SMARTCITIES. He joined Microsoft in 1995 and holds a wealth of Microsoft experience in field sales, sales strategy, partners management, operations and marketing. In 2004, he started the Local&Regional Government business in Spain. He incubated the Digital Cities Accelerator, precursor of the Digital Town Hall initiative, then Citizen Service Platform, and now CityNext (SmartCities Solutions from Microsoft partners). Since 2008, he has a Western Europe Public Sector business management role.

Aged 53, married, two children, Jose Antonio was born in Spain. He studied his Telecommunications Engineer University Degree in Madrid, a Master in Enterprise and Institutional Communication Management in Barcelona, and a Financial Business Master online from INSEAD. He is currently writing a Doctoral PhD Thesis at Universidad Francisco Vitoria, Madrid on “How to create an Attractive City for Talented Citizens”.

He has also worked for Unisys and Alcatel.

His favorite hobbies are Wine Culture (Enology), Golf, and spend time with his family at country space.

Antonio Jesús Bueno Granadino, de profesión Arquitecto Técnico es Funcionario de carrera del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Motril, ha desempeñado los puestos de Jefe de los Servicios Centrales de Mantenimiento, Jefe de Servicio de Agricultura, Parques y Jardines y Pueblos Anejos, Técnico de Sostenibilidad y actualmente Jefe de Análisis Urbano, Edificación y Movilidad Sostenible dentro del Area de Urbanismo Obras Públicas y Medio Ambiente y representante Técnico en la RECI

Ha sido Ponente en Jornadas Técnicas de Eficiencia Energética en Instalaciones Municipales celebradas en Granada, Sevilla, Cádiz, Jaén, Córdoba, Málaga, Castellón y Murcia y en el XXXV Simposium Nacional de Alumbrado, 4º Congreso Español de Mantenimiento, 17 Congreso Europeo de  Mantenimiento así como  en diversas jornadas organizadas por el IIR España de Iluminación Urbana.

Tiene artículos publicados en las revistas Mapping, Mantenimiento y en la Revista Equipamientos y Servicios Municipales.

Con Experiencia en Proyectos Energéticos en el Alumbrado Exterior impartiendo formación y control de calidad de datos de inventario para Planes Directores y Auditorias Energéticas en varios municipios como; Aspe Torrejón de Velasco, Navalcarnero, Pozuelo de Alarcon, Rivas Vacia-Madrid, Alcorcón, Salobre, Horcajo de los Montes, Villanueva de la Fuente, varios municipios en Bizkaia, Campillo, Soto del Real, Baeza, Canena Villacarrillo y Santander.

Consultor para la RTVA en modelos de gestión de Mantenimiento y ganador del premio al mejor proyecto de eficiencia energética en 2007 otorgado por European Service Energy.

Katja Aikas

Katja Aikas

Katja Aikas is of Finnish nationality, graduated in Environmental Sciences from the University of Malaga and is currently finishing her master's degree in the Master's Degree in Environmental Analysis and Management, while working as intern in the corporate department of the UICN-Med, the International Union for Conservation of Nature - Center for Mediterranean Cooperation. She made her bachelor´s thesis working within the research project in Marine Ecology and Limnology (GEML) of the UMA on Mediterranean coastal wetlands, specifically in ‘Desembocadura del Guadalhorce’, within the municipality of Malaga. Katja has great interest in environmental issues, such as sustainable development, climate change, water resources management and urban planning of the cities of the future.

Leader of the I Technological Innovation and Circular Economy Summit 2018 with the Advanced Leadership Foundation. Architect by the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Seville. Master degree in Advanced Architecture and City Project, Speciality in Environment, by the University of Alcalá de Henares.

José María Fernández

He studied master in civil engineering in the University of Granada and master in business administration in the UNED. He has worked for the last 20 years in the sector of civil engineering and consulting. He has specialized in the management of urban services, a field in which he currently develops his activity through the Spin-Off of the University of Granada named PROMA, Proyectos de Ingeniería Ambiental. PROMA is dedicated to technical assistance, advice, research and development in the field of urban services engineering and Smart cities.

He is the author of several publications related to waste energy use, an expert in waste to energy technologies and the implementation of circular economy principles.

Pedro Núñez

Pedro Núñez

Pedro Núñez is Assistant Professor associated to Tecnología de los Computadores y las Comunicaciones Department, at University of Extremadura (Spain). He is Telecommunications Engineer since 2003, and PhD in 2008, at the University of Malaga (Spain). During these years he developed his research as member of the group of Ingeniería de Sistemas Integrados (ISIS) at University of Malaga. In 2007 he starts as professor at University of Extremadura, whitin the Robolab (Laboratorio de Robótica y Visión Artificial) group. He has published more than 80 international publications, some of them in the most important international conferences or journal on the robotics topic, and currently he is leader of different research projects related to social robots and smart environments.  He is currently Assistant Director of ICT and Research Escuela Politécnica.

Director de la Cátedra de privacidad y Transformación Digital Microsoft-Universitat de Valencia y miembro del Microsoft Health Advisory Council. Director del Máster Universitario en Protección de Datos (Universidad Internacional de la Rioja – UNIR). Actualmente presta sus servicios en la Universitat de Valencia como profesor de derecho constitucional. Doctor en Derecho por la Universitat de València, ha dedicado su investigación al estudio del derecho fundamental a la protección de datos y a distintas cuestiones relacionadas con las repercusiones de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones en la vida privada. Forma parte del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Derechos Digitales de los Ciudadanos del Ministerio de Energía, Turismo y Agenda Digital. Coordina el Grupo de Trabajo constituido por la Conferencia de Rectores de las Universidad Españolas (CRUE-TIC) para el impulso del Reglamento general de protección de datos. Ha sido Jefe del Servicio de Transparencia de la Diputación de Valencia. Presidente de la Asociación Profesional Española de la Privacidad. Ha colaborado con distintas Universidades como docente en estudios de grado o de posgrado y ha sido responsable del Área de Estudios de la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Es autor de distintas monografías dedicadas a esta materia, -"Tecnologías de la Información, Policía y Constitución", "Una aproximación crítica a la autodeterminación informativa"- y ha participado como autor o coordinador en distintos comentarios al Reglamento de Desarrollo de la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos, y monografías sobre Derecho y redes sociales o Cloud Computing así como otras publicaciones. She has been also lecturer of Information Law in Multimedia Context at UC3M, as well as at the Master Degree of Telecommunications, Data Protection, Audiovisual and Information Society; and she has been tutoring civil servants of several editions of the Online Course of Transparency and Open Government at the National Institute of Public Administrations. Her research fields include Media and Key Enabling Technologies, Privacy and Smart Communities, Governance and freedom of information.
